However, the environmental temperature in summer is very high, and the water temperature is also high, which is not conducive to mixing. Therefore, a dedicated industrial chiller for concrete mixing plants is used to directly provide chilled water at 0-10 ° C, or an ice water mixture at 0-2 ° C, which can fully meet the requirements of national quality inspection for the process cold source of concrete cooling.
2. Tunnel cooling
During tunnel construction, the temperature inside the tunnel will exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and ordinary fans cannot meet the cooling requirements. At this point, it is necessary to exchange cold water and fans, or directly use low-temperature cold air fans to send low-temperature cold air into the tunnel, in order to meet the cooling needs of the space.
