Product Overview:
A well-equipped human-computer interaction system design, with a large-sized LCD touch screen and Chinese display, easy to operate, capable of monitoring the operating status of each system. Based on Siemens PLC control system, it can measure and control parameters such as flow rate, pump pressure, temperature, etc. It is suitable for performance testing of battery packs, DC/DC converters, inverters, and automotive wireless charging systems.
Configure temperature, pressure, and flow sensors to display real-time operating parameters (such as temperature, flow, pressure, etc.), record and display data in real time, and draw curve graphs. The data will be automatically saved
Optional Internet/RS485/CAN communication interface and open communication protocol
Further integration with charging and discharging testing equipment and environmental chamber to complete system linkage testing, providing on-site Local and remote control modes, supporting upper computer remote control and data collection of equipment (optional)
Multiple operating modes (optional)
Active control mode: Based on testing requirements or parameter settings, provide constant current/constant pressure temperature stable circulating fluid to the load (battery pack or module)
Load control mode: Based on the linkage control between the load (battery pack or module) and the water-cooled testing machine, when the load temperature changes, the temperature of the refrigeration box changes accordingly, achieving temperature control of the load
Multiple security protections, high reliability, the system can automatically diagnose fault information and remind regular maintenance, making maintenance convenient
